Purchasing Products

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse through catalogues and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Normally this includes payment and delievery details.

Sites try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes they do run out of stock of some items. When they sell out of a product they will either remove it from the website or mark it on the website as “awaiting stock”.

Many sites usually accept Visa (including Visa Electron), Solo, Maestro (Switch) and MasterCard. The website will give you the option of sending your credit card information via phone, fax, Royal Mail or over the internet.
